Most of my work comes back to one question: how might we transform education so that it works better for humans?

If you asked me to sum up my approach in one word, I’d say: human. I think learning should be designed around the person, not just the content. That means paying attention to how people actually think, feel, and grow.

Right now, I’m thinking about learning experience design, especially the relationship between psychology, the environment, and learning.
